Your proposal should be formal for an academic audience and present a clear purpose that addresses the Analysis assignment.

Format:

Your Genre Analysis proposal must contain:

• A creative and unique title
• One correctly cited work of from our Writ 102 Textbook that will serve as the primary source for your analysis
• A thesis statement that identifies the author’s or work’s purpose, and addresses what makes it effective
• At least one body paragraph containing integrated evidence from your selected work, signal language introducing the evidence, and a clearly organized structure (you can review the SEC method)

Length:

  300-500 words.
